摘要
建立了复合式惯性制动保险机构的动力学模型,以某机构为计算实例,仿真分析结果表明该机构在100g发射过载下可靠解除保险,在1.5 m高度跌落木橔时机构安全,与实验结果相符。与传统的曲折槽筒机构的对比分析显示出复合式惯性保险机构具有更好的安全性,跌落在软目标上能更好地保证安全。
The dynamics model of compound inertia braking safety and arming device was established, and a certain device was simulated as an example. Results show that the device armed with 100 g inertia load, and it kept safety when it was dropped on a plancon at 1.5 m height. These agree with experiment. This arming device has better safety performance than conventional zigzag devices dropped on soft objects.
