江苏矿产资源开发利用中的问题及对策初探

Problems and Countermeasures in the Exploitation of Mineral Resources in Jiangsu Province

江苏矿产资源开发利用历史悠久，现已形成特有的粘土类、建材类、有色金属类和特种用途非金属类矿产四大优势。我省矿业发展基本上与国民经济发展相协调，但还面临不少困难，江苏矿产资源开发利用形势相当严峻，对矿产资源可利用程度和对建设的保证程度，应有实事求是的评价。通过对矿产开发中主要存在的问题的讨论，得出了解决困难的对策。

With a long history of the exploration of minerals in Jiangsu,there have formed distinct four dominant resources including clays,building materials,nonferrous metals and special non-metallic minerals.For many years,development of mineral industry has corresponded basically with the economic growth in Jiangsu. However,exploitation and utilization of minerals emerge an urgent situation except non-metallic mineral resources,the supply of metal and energy minerals cannot meet the demands of the industrial production in the Province. Main problems such as lock of funds,backward technology and tools,enormous wastes of resources and low recovery rate of mineral resources,have caused a poor massive efrectiveness and imperfect economic benefit for provincial mineral industry. To bring them under control,it is necessary to regulate and adopt the scheme of rational expl oi tation, management of mines and advanced technical methods and lust mment,according to the national laws and provincial resources present state to obtain a good economic benefit.
