The development of school-based courses refers to the curriculum activities which are based on schools, make teachers as main body, voluntary and independent to satisfy students＇ developing requirements. It is a lasting, dynamic refomaable process of courses. The development of school-based courses experienced forming, prosperous, degressive and changing phase.
