摘要
为了教师的成长,我们确立了“校本教师教育”的概念和制度,以及“教师第一”“校长是校本教师教育的第一责任人”的理念;并提出校本教师教育要按“学习、反思、交流、研究、实践”等五种方式促进教师的成长。
Based on teachers development, we establish the concepts and systems ofschool-based education of teachers, teachers first and schoolmaster is the first responsible person. We also put forward five ways to improve teachers' development. They are study, reflection, communication, research and practice.
