摘要
在纳米SiO2表面原位制备了小粒径、高分散性的ZnO催化剂,研究其对AC发泡剂的改性。研究结果表明:加入新型纳米ZnO催化剂后,发泡剂突发温度下降至130~160℃范围内,发气稳定且迅速,发气量较纯AC发泡剂高。通过改变催化剂制备条件可以调节发泡剂的突发温度。
The catalytic activity of ZnO, which formed by adsorption layer on silica surface, on AC blowing agent was studied in this paper. The result showed that after using this catalyzer the breaking out temperature of AC fell to 130-160℃; gas produced stably and rapidly; the gross gas was more than pure AC. We can change the condition of preparation for different breaking out temperature of AC.
