摘要
对高校高管人员而言,一个合理的绩效考评体系在很大程度上直接或者间接影响着他们的工作积极性。本文在对高校高管人员的问卷调查基础上,就现有绩效考核中相关问题的反馈进行了统计分析,总结了高等院校高级管理人员绩效考评体系的问题,并给出相应的对策建议。
To superior administrative officers in universities, a reasonable performance appraisal system is very important, for that can 'affect their working enthusiasms directly or indirectly. On the basis of an investigation to some superior administrative officers by questionnaires, this paper analyzes the feedback of questions concerning about the current appraisal system to their performances, and summarizes problems existing in the system of performance appraisal. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
