摘要
从理论上分析了煤粉在高炉风口区燃烧的动力学,解析了煤比与富氧率之间的关系,得出富氧喷煤后高炉内状态的变化过程。并强调要维持氧煤效应平衡,以获取最佳的富氧喷煤效果。
The theoretical relations between the PCI rate and oxygen-enrichment are analyzed and the change of blast furnace indices with oxygen-enrichment and PCI are obtained by a mathematical-simulation.Finally,effects of oxygen-coal balance are introduced to maintain high replacement ratio.
