ZA─27锌基合金组织与性能及钛的影响

THE EFFECT OF MODIFICATION ON THE ZA-27 ZINC BASED ALLOY

研究了钛变质处理对ＺＡ─２７合金的组织和性能的影响，结果表明：经钛变质处理后，ＺＡ─２７的组织明显细化，硬度稍有提高，塑性、强度有较大幅度的提高。

The effect of Ti modification on the structure and properties of ZA-27 zinc based alloy is disscussed in this paper.The results show that the modification can obviously refine the grains.When Ti was added in alloy,the hardness was slightly increased.Meanwhile the plasticity and the strength were largely improved.
