梅州城区旅店业卫生现状调查

Sanitary Status of Hotels in Meizhou Urban District

目的了解梅州城区旅店业卫生状况,为公共卫生提供科学依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生管理条例》和《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》的要求,按《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》和《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对37家旅店业进行调查。结果城区37家旅店业均建立了健全的卫生管理制度,32家旅店业有较完善的洗涤消毒等卫生设施,客房各项卫生指标监测检验总合格率为96.70%。结论城区旅店业卫生状况良好,卫生设施较完善,但管理上仍有欠缺,卫生管理制度落实率较低。

Objective To understand the sanitary status of hotels in Meizhou urban district and provide scientific basis for public sanitation policy. Methods According to ＂Management rules for public places＂ and ＂Practice details of management rules for public places＂, 37 hotels were investigated according to the ＂Surveillance standards for public places＂ and ＂Standard examination methods for public places＂. Results Complete sanitary management system had been established in 37 hotels. Washing and disinfection facilities had been set up in 32 hotels and were in good condition. The total qualified rate of sanitary indexes was 96.70%. Conclusion The sanitary status and facilities were good in Meizhou urban district. The strategies for maintaining a high standard of public sanitary we should focus on sanitary management.
