摘要 目的:评价TGF-β1/透明质酸(HA)复合物在诱导成骨过程中微血管形成与成骨的关系。方法:建立兔下颌骨缺损动物模型,应用TGF-β1/HA作为实验组,单纯HA载体材料和空白组作为对照,整复下颌骨缺损。通过大体标本观察,X线片,骨密度检测和微血管标记进行研究。结果:空白组和单纯HA组在不同时期成骨和微血管生成无明显差异。TGF-β1/HA组与HA组相比,骨密度及微血管数均有显著差异性(p<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1/HA具有促进骨缺损修复作用,同时可促进微血管的发生和血循环的再建。 Objective:To evaluate the relation ship between angiogenesis and osteogenesis using TGF-β1 / HA to repair mandibular defects.Method: Mandibular defect models were made on 20 rabbits, by which TGF-β1 / HA was used for experimental groups.Single HA carrier or empty was as control.Macroscopic, radiographic , expression of angiogenesis methods were used.Result:There was difference between the experimental groups and control groups.Condusion:TGF-β1 / HA had the ability to stimulating rabbit mandibular defect reconstruction , promoted angiogenesis and restoration of disrupted microcireulation at the same time.
