自制硅橡胶印模材料的口腔黏膜刺激试验研究

Oral mucous membrane irritation tests on new developed silicone rubber impression material

目的:通过口腔黏膜刺激试验评价自制缩聚型硅橡胶印模材料对口腔黏膜的刺激作用。方法:按照国家关于口腔材料生物学试验方法,选取金黄地鼠30只,将实验材料(硅橡胶印模材料)、阳性对照材料(工业用聚氯乙烯)、阴性对照材料(医用牙胶)分别缝合于一侧颊囊上,观察两周后进行肉眼观察评价和组织学评价。结果:自制硅橡胶印模材料及阴性对照组均未出现局部及全身的不良反应,病理反应等级属于无刺激。结论:自制硅橡胶印模材料在试验条件下对口腔黏膜无刺激,具有较好的生物相容性。

Objective：To investigate the oral mucous membrane irritation to a new developed condensation silicone rubber impression material. Method：According to the biological test methods of dental materials, the new impression material, positive control group industrial （polyvinyl chloride）and negative control group （gutta pertscha）were fixed on the oral membrane of 30 hamsters＂ pouches. After two weeks, The contact parts were examined maeroscopically and histologically. Result： There were no local or systemic abnormal response to the new silicone rubber impression material and the negative control group. The pathovogical findings were normal.Conclusion, The new silicone rubber impression material has no irritating response to the oral mucous membrane.
