摘要
介绍了一种新型传动－金属带式无级变速器的工作原理、基本结构组成及由Ｄ．Ｃ．Ｓｕｎ等人最新建立的该类传动的基本理论，并对此基本理论中的计算公式及结论做了论证。
The special work principle and basic construction of a continuously variable speed-ratio Metal Belt Drive(MBD) are introduced,and the basic theory on the MBD which is created by D. C. Sun etc. is also presented. All of the calculating formulas and results in the theory are derivde in detail.
