摘要
目的:检测CD147和AnnexinⅡ在20种正常组织中的表达量,探讨两者分布情况及相关性。方法:Realtime RT-PCR检测CD147和AnnexinⅡ的mRNA表达水平,并以β-actin为内参进行定量标准化。结果:CD147和AnnexinⅡ在20种组织中均有表达,尤以肺和胎盘中表达量高,两基因的表达差异有一定相关性。结论:采用Realtime RT-PCR方法成功的获得了CD147和AnnexinⅡ在正常人体组织中的表达分布。
Objective: To observe the expression levels of CD147 and Annexin H in 20 human normal tissues, investlgate their distribution and association. Methiods: Realtime RT - PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression levels of CD147 and Annexin Ⅱ while β - actin as control for normalization. Results: CD147 and Annexin Ⅱ were expressed in all 20 human normal tissues, especially high in the lung and placenta. The expression profile of this two genes appeared some association. Conclusion: Applying realtime RT- PCR ,we obtained expression profile of CD147 and Annexin Ⅱ in 20 human normal tissues.
