Xueqiang CAO, born in Oct. 1964, studied in Yiyang Teacher＇s College of Hunan Province between 1982 and 1985, and worked as a chemistry teacher in a village school after graduation. In the period of 1988 to 1993, he studied in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences （CIAC-CAS） and got his first Ph.D. on inorganic chemistry. He became an associated professor of Hunan Normal University in March 1994 and a full professor in Aug.
