摘要
针对印刷机高点闭牙机构在高速运行时所产生的冲击、噪声问题,结合机构的运动特征,提出印刷机高点闭牙机构运动分析的一般方法,建立机构分析方程;通过对xj4142型印刷机高点闭牙机构的运动分析,得到机构的运动特性。分析结果表明:高点闭牙机构的冲击、噪声问题的根源在于运动过程中绝对加速度的突变。
Aimed at the attacking and clamoring problem at the moment of high speed for the press's high spot closed - armature mechanism,on the basis of high spot closed -armature mechanism's motion attribution, the motion analysis method was presented and the analytical equation is built. Then, the high spot closed - armature mechanism is analyzed. It is showed by analytical result that the basic reason of these problems is caused by absolute acceleration's mutation of mechanism.
