摘要
传统的凸轮CAD设计方法在设计过程中需要进行大量重复的人机交互操作,效率低且出错率高。介绍在VC++6.0环境中运用Pro/Toolkit开发基于Pro/E的三维凸轮CAD系统的方法,实现设计计算与图形显示的一体化,提高凸轮机构设计的质量和效率,并为凸轮的加工和运动仿真提供有利条件。
The traditional cam CAD System is inefficient and the error rate is so high. In this paper, used VC + + 6.0 and Pro/Toolkit, a three - dimensional CAD system of cam based on Pro/E was developed. The system brings about the integration of calculate and draw, enhances quality and efficiency of cam mechanism design and create favourable condition for movement simulation and machine of the cam.
