混合痔保留外痔皮瓣外剥内扎术121例临床分析

External Dissection & Internal Ligation and Preserve Triangular Skin Flap Hemorrhoidectomy: An Analysis of 121 Cases.

目的:探讨保留皮瓣在混合痔手术治疗中的重要性。方法:治疗组121例采用保留三角形外痔皮瓣并复位外剥内扎术,对照组58例采用传统的外剥内扎术进行临床对照分析。结果:治疗组在减少混合痔手术后并发症、减轻术后疼痛、缩短伤口愈合时间等方面,有显著性差异。结论:混合痔保留皮瓣复位外剥内扎术是治疗混合痔理想的手术方法。

Objective：This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of preserving skin flap on the treatment for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： 179 patients with hemorrhoids of third and fourth degree were included in the study and randomized in two groups. Control group underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy and study group underwent external dissection ＆ internal ligation and preserve triangular skin flap hemorrhoidectomy. Results： After hemorrhoidectomy, the time of healing , postoperative pain and incidence of early and late complications significantly decreased in study group compared with control group. Conclusions： The treatment for mixed hemorrhoids by external dissection ＆ internal ligation and preserving triangular skin flap hemorrhoidectomy is effective.
