摘要
目的:探讨检验科微生物实验室工作量的时间分布特点及规律,为加强检验科管理提供科学依据。方法:收集1996年1月至2005年12月检验科微生物实验室工作量统计数据,利用圆形分布方法进行分析。结果:检验科微生物实验室工作量的月高峰日为8月9日,高峰期为5月上旬至10月下旬,具有显著性统计学意义。结论:检验科管理者可根据检验科微生物实验室工作量的时间分布特点及规律合理调配人力、物力资源,妥善安排工作流程,做好人员、试剂和消耗品的调配,为患者提供优质的化验检查服务。
Objective: To explore the characteristic and regularity of time distribution of workload of microbiology laboratory in a hospital so as to provide evidence for strengthening the management of the department clinical laboratory. Methods: Workloads data of microbiology laboratory from Jan, 2001 to DEC, 2005 were collected and analyzed by the technique of circular distribution method. Results: The peak time of the workload in the microbiology laboratory was on the firstly of MAY to the end of OCT each year, and the highest point was at the AUG 9st. There was statistic significance in time distribution. Conclusion: According to the distribution regularity of workload on the microbiology laboratory, we could improve the arrangement of man power and materials resource more effectively in order to provide higher level service on clinical laboratory.
