The Comparison of Cord Blood Cells and Adult Peripheral Blood Cells

目的:比较新生儿脐血与成人外周血细胞性质差异,为干细胞移植提供基础数据。方法:采用全自动血细胞仪对脐静脉血和成人外周血进行分析。结果:脐静脉血中有核细胞数目多,红细胞体积较大。结论:脐血里富含干细胞等原始细胞成分。

Objective： To compare the characteristics of cord blood cells and peripheral blood cells. Methods： Cord blood and peripheral blood cells were analyzed by auto blood cytometry. Results： There are more mononuclear cells in cord blood than peripheral blood cells, and the volume of the red blood cells from cord blood is larger than peripheral blood cells. Conclusions： Primitive cells such as stem ceils were more in the cord blood cells.
