参芪胶草汤治疗晚期肺癌恶病质30例近期疗效观察

The Short-time Effect of Shenqijiaocao Decoction in Treating 30 Cases of Advanced Lung Cancer Cachexia

[目的]观察参芪胶草汤治疗晚期肺癌恶病质的近期疗效。[方法]晚期肺癌恶病质患者60例随机分成两组,治疗组(30例)服用参芪胶草汤,每日1剂;对照组(30例)服用醋酸甲地孕酮片,160mg,每日1次;疗程均为1月。观察治疗前后Karnofsky评分(KPS)、气血两虚证主要临床症候、进食量、体重、血清前白蛋白、白蛋白的变化。[结果]参芪胶草汤提高KPS、减轻气血两虚证主要临床症候与提高血清前白蛋白、白蛋白优于对照组(P<0.05),2组提高进食量、体重效果相似(P>0.05)。[结论]参芪胶草汤治疗肺癌恶病质具有良好的近期疗效。

[Objectlve]To survey the short-time effect of Shenqijiaocao Decoction （SQJCD） in the treatment of advanced lung cancer cachexia patients. [Methods] Sixty patients were assigned randomly into two groups. The treatment group （n = 30 ） was treated with SQJCD, 1 dose daily;the contrast group（n= 30） was treated with megestrol acetate tablet（ MA）, 160mg per day. The course lasted one month for both groups. Changes of Karnofsky score（KPS）, principal symptoms of deficiency of both qi and blood, food intake, body weight, serum levels of albumin and pro-albumln, were surveyed and compared before and after treatment, [Results] The increasing of KPS and principal symptoms relieving of deficiency of both qi and blood were signficient in the SQ.JCD group than in the contrast group（P〈0.05）. The improvement of serum albumin and pro-albumln were higher in the SQJCD group than in the contrast group（P〈0.05 ）. The improvement of food intake and body weight in both groups were similar（P〉0.05 ）. [Conclusion]SQJCD has good short-tlme curative effect to treat advanced lung cancer cachexia.
