腔隙性脑梗死脑电地形图、脑电图与CT比较分析

摘要 目的:观察腔隙性脑梗死(LI)脑电地形图(BEAM)、脑电图(EEG)改变的特点及临床诊断意义。方法:对60例LI行BEAM、EEG、CT及MRI检查,并与脑梗死组及正常组比较。结果:LI组BEAM阳性率77%,高于CT63%及EEG42%。主要变化为θ频带功率及δ/α、θ/α、δ+β/α+β比值增高,α频带功率低,BEAM异常主要在额区或顶、中央区。与对照组比较,LI做BEAM改变具有一定规律。结论:BEAM是诊断LI较敏感,并有一定的定位作用。 Objective:To observe the change of BEAM, EEG and CT in lacunar infarction, and their clinical diagnoses significance. Methods:60 cases patients with LI were examined with BEAM、EEG and Cr,compared with cerebral infarction group and common group respecfively.Results:The positive rate of BEAM in LI group was 77%, more than CT (63%) and EEG (42%). Compared with controlled group, the change of BEAM for LI was regular. Conclusions: BEAM is sensitive in the diagnosis of lacunar infarction, it had determinate located role.
