完善我国人民代表大会制度是当前政治体制改革的重要任务之一,完善此项制度应包含如下两方面的工作:一是要全面调整全国行政区划;二是各级人大要设置行使日常监察权的专门委员会。

Improving the people＇s congress system is one of the important tasks of the current reform of the political system. It should include the following two aspects ： firstly, we must restructure the country＇s administrative division; secondly, the people＇s congress at all levels should set up a special committee to supervise the exercise routine.
