本文从装饰美化菜点,营造宴席氛围,现场广告宣传三方面分析了食品雕刻在当代烹饪中的作用。
This paper analyzes the role of food sculpture in contemporary cuisine through three respects decorating and beautifying vegetables, creating banquet atmosphere and advertising on spot.
