摘要
为了满足对工业现场的远程实时监控和管理,针对工业现场的具体特点,介绍了一种基于工业以太网(EPA)的智能接口,分析了其硬件实现原理以及抗干扰措施和软件实现,并成功应用于重庆某公司的国家创新基金项目,实现了对现场模拟量控制设备和数字量控制设备的信号采集、控制和与现场设备的RS232和RS485通信.结果表明,通过EPA智能接口可实现网络远程访问和监控.
An intelligence interface of EPA is investigated in order to realize long-distance monitor and control the plant. The interface is realized by the hardware and software and has been applied successfully in the project of a corporation's innovation fund. It has illustrated that the method is reliability to monitor and control the plant through intemet.
