摘要
如何降低高学历教师流失给学校带来的损失是高校人力资源管理中的一大难题。文章从分析高学历教师的特点,造成流失的个人原因、学校原因、社会环境原因等方面进行论述,以提供农业高校制订相应对策时参考。
How to lower the brain drain in higher agricultural institutions is a big problem in human resource management. The characteristics of the high educational background faculty were analyzed and the reasons of brain drain were elaborated involving personal reason, university reason and social reason, thus providing references for the university's making countermeasures to attract them.
