鼻内镜下鼻骨复位117例疗效观察

Nasal endoscopic replacement of nasal bone fracture(Report 117 cases)

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术的方法及可行性。方法对117例闭合性鼻骨骨折患者行鼻内镜下检查及鼻骨复位,117例患者均可观察到鼻骨骨折部位及15例伴有鼻中隔骨折,局部麻醉下复位108例,全身麻醉下复位9例。结果117例患者均1次治愈,随访3个月无复发。结论鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术具有安全,有效,方法简便,复位准确,鼻腔损伤小的特点,有临床应用价值。鼻内镜技术是治疗鼻骨骨折较为理想的方法。

Objective To evalute the tracheotmy of replacement of nasal bone fracture under nasal endoscope. Methods One hundred and seventeen cases suffered from nasal bone fracture were examined and undergone with nasal endoscope. All the cases were observed nasal bone position and fifteen cases were accompanied with fracture of nasal septum. One hundred and eight cases were undergone local anesthesia and nine cases were undergone general anesthesia. Results All patients were cured once and no one has a recurrence. Conclusions It has clinical value to replace of nasal bone fracture under nasal endoscope to replace accurately and make little injury in nasal carity. Nasal endoscopy surgery is safe and convenient. Endoscopic technique is an ideal way in the treatment of nasal bone fracture.
