摘要
采用浮选的方法对青海某钾长石资源进行了综合利用研究。试验结果表明,采用粗磨-浮云母-再磨-浮选脱泥-长石浮选的选矿流程,可综合回收云母产品,产率8.22%;长石产品,产率34.28%;石英产品,产率46.51%,从而为该资源的合理开发做出了较好的选矿评价。
The comprehensive utilization of a potash feldspar ore in Qinhai province has been studied by using flotation method. Based on the small-scale experimental research, a principle flowsheet of "rough grinding-mica flotation-regrinding-flotation for deslime-potash feldspar flotation" has been developed. This technology finally got potash feldspar concentrate indices of yield of 34.28%, K2O + Na2O grade ≥12% ,and mica and quartz have also been recovered from the ore.
