摘要
对取自日本国中部电力会社所产PFBC灰进行了特性分析。研究表明,PFBC灰与传统的煤粉炉粉煤灰(OF灰)在化学成分、物相组成及颗粒形态上具有很大差异。针对PFBC灰活性较高的特点,对其进行了综合利用研究,即以PFBC灰和OF灰为原料制作了功能性调湿材料,以PFBC灰和石灰、石膏为原料制备了轻质高强墙体材料。
The PFBC ash obtained from Middle Part Electric Power Corporation of Japan is studied focusing on its characteristics. The results reveal that chemical and mineralogical compositions, physical phase and granule shape of PFBC ash are more different from OF ash. Considering to the high activity of the PFBC ash, the comprehensive utilization of the PFBC ash is made, to produce functional moisture conditioning material by mixing PFBC with OF ash, and to produce a kind of wall material which is light and high strength by mixing PFBC ash with lime and gypsum.
