MgO部分稳定ZrO_2陶瓷制备坩埚的研究

摘要 以氧化镁(质量分数)为3.5%的Mg-PSZ粉体为原料,向其中添加(质量分数)10%氧化镁悬浊液及化学添加剂,配得氧化镁(质量分数)分别为4.2%和5.8%的氧化镁部分稳定氧化锆材料。以注浆成型法制备感应炉坩埚,考察所制得样品的理化性能。结果表明,在实验所用烧结温度下,与氧化镁质量分数为5.8%相比,氧化镁质量分数为4.2%更有利于四方相生成;同时,延长研磨时间,提高烧结温度和增大样品烧结前后收缩率均有利于增大样品密度,但显气孔率变小,不利于提高样品抗热震性。 The MgO-partially stabilized zirconia materials whose content is 4.2% and 5.8% MgO,are made of 3.5% MgO-partially stabilized zirconia, MgO slurry and chemical additives. Crucible samples are formed by slip casting with that materials .The crucibles's chemical and physical properties were researched. It's found that the phase transformation monoclinic particle to tetragonal of 4.2% Mg-PSZ takes place easily at the experiment sintering temperature. Some factors make Mg-PSZ compacted, such as prolonging milling time, increasing sinter temperature and samples shrinking more, but it makes against thermal shocking of samples while the porosity decreased.
