摘要 以硫酸亚铁、H2SO4,Al(OH)3等为原料,在氧化剂H2O2存在下合成聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS),以n(Fe):n(Al)为影响因素,调整FeSO4.7H2O和Al(OH)3的投入量,进行单因素合成实验,当n(Fe):n(Al)=9:1时,合成的PAFS絮凝效果最好。絮凝对比实验结果表明:PAFS综合性能优于聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合硫酸铝(PAS),具有铁盐絮凝剂沉降速度快、矾花大、铝系絮凝剂褪色效果好的优点。 Poly Aluminum Ferric Sulfate (PAFS) was synthesized using ferrous sulfate, concentrated sulfuric acid and aluminium hydroxide as raw materials and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. The effect of n(Fe):n(Al) on the properties was investigated in the experiments. The single factor tests were performed by adjusting the dosage of raw materials. It is proved that the flocculent efficiency of synthesized PAFS was the best when the value of n(Fe): n(Al) was equal to 9:1. The flocculent experiments results showed that the comprehensive performance of PAFS was superior to that of PAS and PFS. PAFS has characters of fast depositing, thick flocculate as iron flocculants and decoloration character as aluminum flocculants.
