摘要
发现在硫酸介质中,痕量铜催化过氧化氢氧化酚红褪色的指示反应,研究了催化褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。方法的最低检测限为4.12×10-8 g/mL,测定范围为0~0.6 mg/mL。用于钢铁中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper ( Ⅱ ) is established based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of phenol red by hydrogen peroxide in H2SO4 medium. The detection limit is 4.12 ×10^-8g/mL, the determination range of copper (Ⅱ ) is 0 ~0.6 mg/mL. The method is applied to the determination of trace amounts of copper in steel samples with satisfactory results.
