摘要
在湖泊的富营养化污染过程中,氮起到重要作用,湖泊底泥是氮的载体。对马鞍山雨山湖底泥中凯氏氮分布特征的研究表明:在垂直分布上,凯氏氮含量随底泥深度增加而逐渐下降,具有明显的层次性,并出现“陡降型”和“缓降型”2种类型。在水平分布上,不同样点凯氏氮含量也不同。表层泥中TKN含量高低受水体运动及水生植物的影响;中下层主要受沉积底泥厚度的影响。底泥中颗粒大小与TKN含量有明显的相关性,大颗粒含量越大,TKN含量越高。底泥间隙水中TKN含量大于水体中TKN含量。底泥疏浚必须确定合理的深度。
Nitrogen plays a great role in eutrophication of a lake, and the bottom sludge of lake is the carrier of the nitrogen. Distribution of Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN) in bottom sludge of Yushan lake of Ma'anshan city is studied. It shows that the TKN content get less with the increasing depth of sludge in upright distribution.There are two types: steep fall and slow fall. The TKN content is different in various sites, the content of surface layer is decided by movement of water body and water plants, but that of mid- and undedayers is affected by the thickness of sludge. The size of sludge granule have obvious relativity with the content of TKN, the higher the big granule' percent is, the more TKN it has. The TKN content of pore water is higher than that of lake water. The depth of digging silt should be suitable.
