摘要
许多天然多糖具有增强免疫、抗氧化、降血糖、抗病毒等生物活性,植物多糖还具有毒副作用小、疗效好等优点.综述了近年来10余种植物多糖的抗氧化与抗病毒活性研究进展,并对植物多糖的应用前景作了展望.
Many natural polysaccharides have the biological activities on strengthening immunity, antioxidation, reducing glycemia, antivirus and so on. Also, plant polysaccharides have less vice - effect, high curative effect, etc. This paper summarized the antioxidative and antiviral activities of more than 10 kinds of plant polysaccharides studied in recent years, and predicted the application prospect of plant polysaccharide.
