摘要 知识管理伴随着知识经济的产生而产生,在现代管理理论中占据着越来越重要的地位,并已开始在社会生活各个方面得到广泛应用。学校作为知识和人才的聚集地,是知识传播和创新的重要领域,也是进行知识管理的适当场所。在学校中实施对知识的有效管理,整合教师的显性知识和隐性知识,促进知识的采集与加工、交流与共享、创新与增值,推进管理体制和运行机制的改革,建立学习型学校,必将能极大地促进学校的发展。 Accompanying the emergence of knowledge economy, the theory of knowledge management has become an increasingly prominent branch of modern management theories. Its widespread implementation has already started in a variety of areas involving many aspects of our social life, especially school systems. Schools with a high concentration of knowledge and talented people often serve the function as the central hub of creating and distributing knowledge, and therefore are particularly suitable for implementing knowledge management. We believe effective implementation of knowledge in school system would include the following operations: integrating instructors' explicit and tacit knowledge; aiding the development of knowledge in its gathering and refining, communication and sharing, and innovation and improvement; advancing the structural reformation of management system and operation. The central goal of knowledge management in schools is to develop learning-encouraging campuses and campus culture, which can substantially contribute to the overall improvement of our school system.
