摘要
良好的编辑职业道德是做好学报编辑工作的前提,但是学报编辑职业道德建设受到多种因素的困扰。文章分析了当前学报编辑工作中的道德失范现象及其成因,并提出如何加强学报编辑职业道德建设的意见。
The good career moral is the precondition of journal editing, but it is troubled by many factors. This paper analysed the current phenomena and its reasons, and gave suggestions on how to enhance career moral construetion.
