摘要
为了寻求一种更好的防治增生性瘢痕的方法，１９９４年我科自行研制成功一种新型硅凝胶膜，并以３２例患者厚的中厚皮片供区为创面增生性瘢痕形成的研究模型，采用同体对照方法，对这种新型硅凝胶膜的抗瘢痕作用进行了临床研究，共观测３个月。结果表明，国产新型硅凝胶膜使用简单、方便、安全，防止瘢痕增生效果确切，有较好的推广应用价值。但其作用机理尚待进一步研究。
