摘要
为了研究异体冻干脱钙骨基质在隆鼻术中的应用效果,作者利用正常新鲜四肢骨干皮质骨经脱脂、脱钙、清毒、冷冻干燥等过程,制备成冻干脱钙骨基质。动物实验中观察到将该种材料植于骨膜下和皮下时均有成骨现象,且植于骨膜下的成骨量优于皮下。临床上利用冻干脱钙骨基质进行隆鼻术,将该材料植于鼻骨表面,对15例受术者中的8例进行了5~18个月的随访,取得了较满意的效果。作者认为冻干脱钙骨基质有良好的诱导成骨作用,同时该材料易于雕刻修整,不发生排斥反应,能够长期保存。
Inordertoinvestigatetheefectoflyophilizedalogenicbonematrixinaugmentationrhinoplasty,ananimalexperimentandpreliminaryclinicalstudyhadbeendone.Thebonematrixwaspreparedasfolowingmainsteps:defatting,decalcification,sterilizationandfreeze-drying.Bonematrixisakindofbiomaterialwithosteogenicpotential,norejectionandsuitablemechnicalproperty.Inthereaearchonanimal,thebonematrixwasimplantedintosubperiostealandsubcutaneousinrabbits.Boneformationwasobservedafteroperation.Therefore,bonematrixwasusedasimplantinaugmentationrhinoplastyof15cases.Intheoperativeproceduretheimplantswerefixedonthenasalbone.8ofthe15casesweresatisfactoryduring5~18monthsfolow-upsbservation.Itprovedthatlyophilizedalo-genicdecalcifyingbonematrixisapromisingbiomaterialinaugmentationrhinoplasty.
