Evaluation Methods of Human Resource Value in Petroleum Enterprises

人力资源被认为是能为企业带来巨大经济价值的资源而受到重视。但其在石油企业中的应用仍处于初级阶段。为此结合石油企业的行业特点,对人力资源价值评估评方法进行研究,并提出适合石油企业的人力资源价值评估的方法。

Human resource has been regarded as an important resource which can bring huge economic value to the enterprise. But its application in petroleum enterprise is still at primary stage. This paper researches on the evaluation methods of human resource value according to the features of petroleum enterprises, pointing out the evaluation methods of human resource value adaptable to the features of petroleum enterprises.
