摘要
为研究皮肤手术切口瘢痕的宽度和生长规律，在４只小型猪腰背部左右两侧按Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹的方向，各切取２个边长３ｃｍ的正方形全厚皮片。其中一侧不旋转就移植缝合，另一侧则旋转９０°后移植缝合，制成皮肤手术切口瘢痕模型。结果表明，顺Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹方向的创口在愈合过程中形成的瘢痕宽度，比垂直方向的创口形成的瘢痕宽度窄得多；全厚皮片移植后，对两个方向手术创口的瘢痕宽度没有明显影响；在手术切口愈合过程中，创口瘢痕宽度随愈合时间的延长而增宽，到第５周时增宽值最大；所有手术创口在愈合过程中均未出现瘢痕过度增生现象。本研究为临床上评判美容手术后的瘢痕大小提供了理论依据。
