光学头二维力矩器的三自由度动力学模型研究

摘要 力矩器多维运动间的串扰和耦合是影响其动态特性和光斑质量的关键因素。针对力矩器单自由度简谐振动模型的不足,利用拉格朗日第二类方程,建立了二维力矩器的三自由度动力学模型,描述了力矩器聚焦和循迹有效运动、聚焦和循迹运动间的耦合作用以及扭转串扰运动特性,反映了力矩器四个关键点的不一致对其动态特性的定量影响。模型与实验结果对比表明,各自由度误差均小于5%,模型具有实用性,对力矩器的设计开发和串扰抑制具有理论指导作用。 The cross interference in motions of optical pickup actuator is the key factor to affect the dynamic characteristics and quality of optical spot. Because of the shortcomings of single DOF resonant model of actuator, the 3-DOF kinetic model for 2-D actuator is set by 2nd Lagrange equation. The effective focusing and tracking motions, the coupling between focusing and tracking motions and the characteristics of rolling interference motion are described by this model. It also reflects the quantitative influence of the inconsistency of actuator's four key points on dynamic characteristics. Experiment shows that the error of this model is less than 5 %. The study is important for design of actuator and analysis of interference.
