摘要
粽子是中国南方种稻民族普遍喜爱的一种食品。粽子的制作、食用具有一定的文化内涵。广西壮族的粽文化具有其独特性。本文以广西武鸣县壮族为例,通过田野调查,记录粽子的制作、分配、食用过程并分析相关问题。广西壮族是传统的稻作民族,粽子是壮族的祭品、过年礼品以及群众喜爱的食品,是壮族稻米文化的一个有机组成部分。
Rice Dumpling is loved by people who grow rice in South China, there is a certain cuhual it and eating it. Guanxi zhuang Pecple' s Rice Dumpling culture has its ourn speciality. Based on field workinvestion, and with wuming zhuang as example, this article records making, distributing and eating process of Rice Dumpling and analyses the related problems. Guangxi Zhuang people is traditional rice - growing nationalitT, Rice Dumpling is their sacrifice, gifts and loved foods, it' s a part of Zhuang people' s rice - culture.
