论环境保护中的社区参与

On Community Participation of Environmental Protection

社区参与方式应用到环境保护是社会发展的必然,是社会进步的表现。针对我国目前社区参与环境保护总体水平不高、参与成本偏高、活动形式单一的现状,提出了形成环保参与机制、加强社区组织建设、提供环保资金扶持、建设绿色社区等对策。

The community participation applying to the environmental protection is the necessity of the social development and a performance of the social progresses. Facing our country, s present situation including the low level of the whole; the high cost of the participation and the sole form of action between the community participation and environmental protection, the author has made several countermeasures： forming the environmental protection participation mechanism ; strengthening the construction of the community organization; providing the fund supports for the environmental protection and constructing green community.
