摘要
为解决上唇短缩畸形整复中的组织紧缺问题，只有提供了充裕的组织量，才能使上唇短缩畸形及其并发症的系列畸形的有效整复成为可能。１９９２年９月开始，应用双侧鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣移转法行８例手术，均获得成功。该皮瓣血运可靠，切取方便，移转灵活，操作简单，所提供的组织量丰富，肤色质地与上唇一致，供区可直接拉拢缝合，切口瘢痕隐蔽，手术效果满意。
