摘要
第一、二鳃弓综合征是一种严重的先天性面部多发畸形。为提高小儿整形外科临床中诊断本病的能力，提高其整形与美容手术的效果，对１９例患儿的临床资料进行了总结。发现本综合征的主要表现是半侧颜面发育不良、耳和大口畸形，这三条可作为本综合征的主要诊断依椐。本综合征应在不同年龄。
