A Political Sociological Analysis of the Main Body of the Management of the Harmonious Community

在分析社区治理过程中国家权威重建、社区社会组织兴起、社区精英对社区治理过程影响的基础上,提出了营造和谐社区过程中,必须构建国家与社区社会组织的适应性互动、社区社会组织与社区精英的引导性互动、国家与社区精英的整合性互动三种社区治理主体的互动模式。

On the basis of analyzing the reconstructing of the authority of the state in the process of managing community, the rising of the community social organizations, the influence of the essential persobs in the process of community management and in constructing harmonious community, three mutual modes of the main body in the community management must be built up of the adaptive mutual responses between the state and community social organizations, the guiding mutual responses between community social organizations and community essential persons and the fully cooperative mutual responses between the state and the essential persons.
