摘要
桥面铺装问题解决的前提是明确铺装层结构的受力状态及特点。采用三维有限元分析方法,建立了完整的简支T梁混凝土桥,确定了临界荷位,分析了在非均布荷载作用下,不同沥青铺装层结构组合的力学响应。分析显示,当荷载完全作用于边梁一侧时,对铺装结构最为不利;非均布荷载对铺装层结构的力学响应有很大影响,凸型荷载产生的最大剪应力或是层间剪应力都明显大于凹型荷载产生的应力;铺装层间水平方向的相对滑移趋势随面层厚度的增大,显著减小;合理的材料设计和结构组合对沥青混凝土桥面铺装具有重要意义。
The bridge deck pavement has become a crucial technical conundrum, which is mainly based on the fully understand about the pavement stress response and its characteristics. In this article after modeling the whole concrete bridge with simply supported Tbeams, the 3D FEM is employed to determine the critical loading position and to analyze, the different stress response of decks with different structure combinations under non-uniform loads. The result shows that when the loading is on the edge of the margin beam, the pavement suffers more dangerous stress response; the non-uniform loads will greatly affect the stress lesponse, the max shear stress and the interlayer shear stress induced by protuberant loads are more disadvantageous; with the decrease of the height of the pavement, the sliding trend between pavement and decks become more severe; furthermore the effective material design combined with rational structure combination is very important for the asphalt pavement of bridge deck.
