摘要
对供应链可靠性定量分析问题进行研究。通过对供应链的系统分析,归纳总结了供应链的基本结构模型,并分析了其可靠性的特征量。运用GO法原理,分析出供应链系统中的信号流和操作符,将供应链系统构成图转化为GO图,通过GO运算,求出各信号流的等效故障率,进而求出供应链中消费点的等效可靠度,对供应链网链结构模型的可靠性问题进行定量分析,并通过算例对该方法的应用进行具体说明。结果表明:GO法算法不仅能够计算出整个供应链的可靠性,还可以清楚地得到各环节的可靠性;GO法算法是供应链可靠性评价的一个有效、实用的方法。
A quantitative analysis for the supply chain reliability is studied. Through a systematical analysis of supply chains, their basic structure models are summarized, and the characteristic quantities of their reliability are analyzed. With the GO methodology, the signals and operators of the supply chain system are analyzed, and the supply chain system chart is transformed into the GO chart. The equivalent reliability of the supply chain nodes is calculated after the equivalent failure probability of every signal by using GO algorithm. Thus the reliability of the network-chain structure models of the supply chain is quantitatively analyzed, and the application of the method with an example is demonstrated in detail. The result indicates that the GO methodology can not only calculates the reliability of the entire supply chain, but also clearly obtain the reliabihty of every node of the supply chain. The GO methodology is an efficient and practical method for evaluation of the supply chain reliability.
