摘要
介绍了一种新型的∑△调制器行为级设计方法.它分别设计∑△调制器噪声传输函数的零极点,并运用噪声功率增益作为稳定性参量来判断所设计的噪声传输函数的稳定性;同时,论文中还给出了物理实现调制器的内部积分器实现的方法,并推导出了通用∑△调制器状态变量缩放的解析公式。
A new behavioral synthesis method for single stage sigma-delta modulator design was introduced. Zeroes and poles were designed separately for Noise Transfer Function (NTF). Noise Power Gain (NPG) criteria was applied to guarantee the stability of NTF in modulator design, and analytical equation was derived for actual modulator physical implementation.
