以神经系统症状首发的不完全川崎病1例报告

摘要川崎病（Kawasaki disease，KD）是一种好发于5岁以下儿童，急性、自限性且病因不明的全身性血合征，关于川崎病引起神经系统损害或以神经系统损害症状首发的病例国内见个别报道，以神经系统损害症状为主要表现的不完全川崎病尚未见报道。
