摘要 【目的】观察脑出血后高血糖对大鼠血脑屏障通透性的影响。【方法】32只SD大鼠随机分成4组即正常血糖组,高血糖组,正常血糖脑出血组,高血糖脑出血组,自体血注入法建立脑出血模型,测定伊文斯蓝含量。【结果】脑出血组伊文斯蓝含量明显高于正常对照组;高血糖脑出血组伊文斯蓝含量明显高于正常血糖脑出血组。【结论】高血糖增加大鼠脑出血后血脑屏障的通透性。 [Objective]To observe the effect of hyperglycemia on blood brain barrier after cerebral hemorrhage in rats. [Methods]Thirty two rats were randomly divided into four groups including control group, hyperglycemia group, cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral hemorrhage with hyperglycemia group. Cerebral hemorrhage model in rat was made with the device to inject autologous arterial blood, the concentration of Evan's blue(EB) was tested. [Results]The concentration of EB in cerebral hemorrhage group significantly rose compared with control group, while that in cerebral hemorrhage with hyperglycemia group significantly increased compared with cerebral hemorrhage group. [Conclusion] Hyperglycemia increases the permeability of blood brain barrier after cerebral hemorrhage in rats.
